Or, to clarify, do you realize Boeing is the other contractor for commercial resupply/crew? They are. So why can't they do what SpaceX has been doing for years? What is the logic for their failure?
Enjoyed the article, and thought that, while your substack tackles different sorts of problems, it shares some fundamental assumptions and values with ours. While we haven't looked as much into Boeings failure, we have examined why SpaceX has been so successful:
We try to focus on success stories more than failures (partly because of a natural feeling tendency to do the opposite), but you're right that the story isn't complete without understanding both successes and failures.
